Frequently Asked Questions

  • Placing An Order
    We accommodate orders in a first come first go basis. Please contact us at least 48hrs before your event. Please allow for a 30 minute arrival window the day of the event.
  • Delivery and Service
    Delivery is only available for our full service caterings, 30 people or more and is available to most locations in LA County. For all other delivery or smaller catering orders, please place your order through any of our deliveyr patners: DoorDash, Postmates or UberEats. There is a 15% service charge that includes delivery, staff, Salsa Bar and equipment.
  • Cancellations
    Yes, you can cancel your Frida Catering. We kindly ask for a 24hr notice for any cancelations. Cancellations made with less than 24hrs of pickup or delivery will incur in a fee of 50% of the cancelled order. Cancellations on the same day will be charged the full amount
  • Equipment and Supplies
    Your order comes ready to be served in containers. Frida is comited to reducing waste so we do not include utensils, plates or napkins unless requested. Hot menu items are served in heat resistant containers.
  • Food Allergies / Dietary Restrictions
    We offer Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten-Free friendly options, as designated on our menu. When placing your order, please alert our catering team if there is a food allergy or dietary restrictions.
